New Section - Brewing Water Profiles
Most of beer is water. So, we thought we'd start 2009 by adding a new section that provides the profiles of notable brewing waters from around the world. It examines the alkalinity, hardness, and ion content of these local sources. It then discusses how these water qualities affect the types of beer styles that can be made with them. Finally, we offer you guidance on how to mimic these profiles by treating your locally available water. This section is a complement to our previously published Water Treatment calculator.
