Pale Lager

Style Family Snapshot

Pale lagers are widely popular, and a dominant style worldwide. They range in color from light straw to light amber in color, are light to medium in body, and are of low to moderate in strength. Because of the many adaptations of the style around the world, there is variation in the amount of malt sweetness present, with some examples being fairly dry. The hop contribution is typically lower than other lager styles.
