Ale

Ale is a major classification of beer styles. They are typically fermented at temperatures between 55-70 Fahrenheit (13-21 Celsius) using top-fermenting yeast strains. They are generally hearty and robust in aroma and flavor. The ale yeast's by-products are more evident in taste and aroma than those of lagers, and therefore often include fruitiness and esters.
