Enjoy the beer that you deserve.
4000 BC - The Beginning
Hunger. Thirst. Beer.
In the beginning, there wasn’t beer. Yet. But there was hunger, and when people learned how to cultivate barley, they learned how to manage their cravings for food. When they learned other ways to manage their barley, other cravings were quenched. Maybe someone forgot his lunch loaf out in the rain, but however it happened, airborne yeast gave some soggy bread a curious kick and with that, a magnificent beverage was born. As early as 4000 B.C. in Mesopotamia there was fermentation in the air. Our ancestors discovered a time-honored way to relax at the end of a hard day of discovering how to work.
