What it does :
Foam control is used to achieve a denser head in the finished beer.
What it is:
A commercial product for inhibiting foam formation during fermentation.
How it works:
Foam control hinders the formation of foam during primary fermentation.
By reducing the foaming during primary fermentation, more of the head-forming compounds remain in the finished beer.
Add 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons to the wort at yeast addition.
