A Note About Cows

We have found from our travels to breweries in the United States and Europe the peculiarly consistent presence of cows. As it turns out they too enjoy the products of brewing. Or rather they enjoy the byproducts - cows feed on the residual grains from mashing and lautering. Itís too bad though that the recycling benefits donít extend to produce malted milk. Even so, if you canít get your hands on a cow let us know what other constructive ways we might use to get rid of the spent grains. Now about the trubÖ
