Bottle Trees

What it does :

This clever device allows empty, cleaned bottles to drain and dry without the risk of them rolling around the room.

What it is:

A bottle tree is a multi-level rack for holding bottles upside down.

How it works:

This item is definitely helpful for those that bottle, rather than keg, their beer. Anyone that has washed the number of bottles required for a 5 gallon (18.9 liter) batch of beer knows the challenge of keeping them orderly and clean.

Preparation:

Bottle trees are used in support of the cold side of brewing (e.g. fermentation, bottling, and packaging). However, they do not come into direct contact with the beer. The bottle tree should be kept clean for use in draining the bottles after they are washed but before they are sanitized.
