Bottle Brushes

What it does :

For those who bottle their homebrew, these straight wire-handled brushes are critical for cleaning the inside of bottles, especially to loosen residue at the bottom.

What it is:

Bottle brushes are straight, wire-handled brushes with nylon bristles.

How it works:

Take the time to use a brush with every bottle. No one wants to drink beer from a bottle that hasn't been properly cleaned.

Preparation:

Bottle brushes are used in support of the cold side of brewing (e.g. fermentation, bottling, and packaging). However, they do not come into direct contact with the beer. The brushes should be kept clean for use in scrubbing the bottle interiors free of beer residue before they, the bottles, are sanitized.
