Victory Malt

What it does :

Victory malt can add orange-colored highlights and toasted flavor to your homebrewed beer.

What it is:

Victory Malt is a barley malt that is 25 Lovibond in color. It is made by the maltster with a special (secret?) process to achieve its unique flavor profile. This malt contains no enzymes, but requires mashing for starch conversion.

Dosage:
