What it does :

Dark Belgian candi sugar will add a smooth taste, alcoholic strength, and color to full-flavored beers while lightening its body.

What it is:

Belgian Candi Sugar (Dark) is an invert sugar, dark in color and chunky in texture. It is made by breaking down white cane or beer sugar (sucrose) into glucose and fructose with the use of water, heat, and acid.
