Light Munich Malt is a base malt, and can provide the main source of fermentable sugars for your beer. It will provide a nutty, malty flavor to your beer.

What it is:

Light Munich Malt is a barley malt that is deep gold, or 5.5 Lovibond, in color.

Dosage:

Preparation:
